Kupwara Jan 20 : Two persons died in separate roads accidents in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday morning.
Reports said that a conductor of bus fell from the roof of the bus and was critically injured. He was taken to district hospital Handwara for treatment where doctors declared him brought dead on his arrival.
Meanwhile, a girl was also hit by a Load carrier (JK03 B 7370) at bypass road Kupwara near Jammu and Kashmir bank. She was taken to sub district hospital Kupwara in a critical condition where from she was referred to SMHS hospital Srinagar for advance treatment. She later died at the hospital.
Police in this regard has registered two separates cases in Police station Handwara and Police station Kupwara and driver of the load carrier has been also arrested , a police officer from Kupwara told.
