SRINAGAR: Three militants were killed on Wednesday in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district, officials said.
The encounter broke out at Pazalpora area in Anantnag on a specific intelligence provided by the district police.
An army official also confirmed the killing of three militants to Kashmir Despatch and said operation in the area is still underway.
The identity of the killed millitants were not known immediately.
