Srinagar, May 07 : 4 new positive cases of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), from Kashmir division, have been reported this evening thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 793.
Government Spokesperson Rohit Kansal in a tweet while sharing today’s COVID summary said, J&K breaks the 3000 tests a day barrier- 3429 samples tested; 18 positives detected. Total positives now 793- Jammu 68; Kashmir 725. Our positivity rate 2.1%; Mortality rate 1.13%,.
Pertinently, Kashmir on Wednesday evening recorded nineth COVID-19 dead when 32 year old man from Alamgiri Bazar area of Srinagar died at SMHS Hospital.
