Lolab, April 03 : Congress Senior leader and Former Chief Minister of J&K on Wednesday said that during Congress government Kashmir had witnessed a peaceful and safe, developmental era with 40 flights with tourists were coming Kashmir across world in a single day.
Former Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said that during the tenure of Congress led govermenrlt, Tourism sector had seen big growth with huge number of tourists coming everyday which helped the local hotelier, shikaras, Street Vendors and shopkeepers.
Azad while addressing an election rally in Lolab area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara said Kahsmir situation became worst soon after BJP came in Power and said only man responsible is Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Futher Senior Congress leader Azad said that militancy is at peak in Kashmir this time with qualified youth are joining ranks, attacks on Army camps are increasing and blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as he couldn’t find a solution in political way.
