Srinagar, June 25 : A 42-year-old man on Thursday lost his life in a road accident in north Kashmir’s Uri sector of Baramulla District.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said an elderly man this afternoon was critically injured after his four wheeler private car fell into deep gorge at Garkote in Uri when he lost control over the wheels.
Reports said he was rushed to nearby hospital in a critical condition where doctors declared him brought dead.
A police officer also confirmed this road mishap to Kashmir Despatch said a case has been registered in this regard. The officer identified deceased as Zulfikar Ali Khawaja son of Ghulam Rasool Khawaja.
