53 BN CRPF organised free medical camp at Taripora, Laridora

Baramulla : The 53 BN CRPF on Wednesday organised a free medical camp in north Kashmir’s Baramulla villages.

An official told Kashmir Despatch that the camp was inaugurated by Dr. Bashir Ahmad Malik, CMO Baramulla.

In his inaugural speech Megh Raj, Commandant 53 Bn, CRPF emphasised the motive of the Camp and wished the local populace to stay healthy and happy so that no need for medicine arises.

He also assured that such efforts to serve people of the region will be continued under CAP as desired by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Commandant 53 Bn, CRPF thanked Dr. Bashir Ahmad Malik, (CMO) Baramulla.

The programme was convened by Prem Pratp Singh, 2nd in Command, 53 Bn and Jayesh Jose, (AC) was also present during the medical day long medical camp and interacted with Locals.

During the camp approximately 400 patients were examined from the village Taripura.

Dr. Athar Siddique, Medical Officer and Dr. Ajay Kumar Meena (MO) 53 Bn, CRPF along with CRPF Medical Team , Dr. Bashir Ahmad Malik, (CMO) Baramulla and Dr. Salma Parvez (MO) CHC, Sheeri were present at the camp and examined patients having diseases like acute respiratory infections, colitis, low back ache, dysentery, diarrhea etc were diagnosed and free medicines were distributed the officer added.
