6 militant associates held in Srinagar : Police

Srinagar, Oct 16 : Police in central Kashmir’s Srinagar District on Friday claimed to have arrested six militant associates in the district.
An official told Kashmir Despatch that atleast six militant associates who were involved in highway attacks were apprehended and three vehicles and three motor bikes were recovered from their possession.
The officer added that militants were using these vehicles in Gulshan Nagar, Nowgam, New Bypass , Taigan, Kaisarmulah , Chadoora and other parts of the district.
A case in this regard has been registered and further investigation has been initiated officer added.
