8 persons die due to COVID in J&K, toll 308

Srinagar, July 25: Eight more persons died due to Coronavirus on Saturday in Jammu and Kashmir, taking the toll of deaths to 308.


Officials told the Kashmir Despatch that J&K on Saturday reported eight more COVID related deaths.


They said among the fatalities include a 60-year-old man from Peerbagh Srinagar,A 75-year-old man from Hakeembagh Rawalpora Srinagar, A72-year-old from Braen Nishat Srinagar, A 48-year-old women from Kantbagh Baramulla, A woman from Safakadal Srinagar,A 53-year-old man from Pampore and two Bandipora residents among one from Nibripora and another from Nowgam (Pethkoot).


With 8 more deaths, the death toll due to COVID-19 has reached to 308 in J&K including 283 from Kashmir division and 22 from Jammu division.
