Pulwama, Feb 23 : Cracking the whip on persons involved in illegal sale of fertilisers a special team of Agriculture and Enforcement Team from Pulwama Tuesday seized tons of IFFCO fertilizer being sold illegally.
“Department of Agriculture, Law Enforcement Department seized 9 Metric Tons of IFFCO Fertilizer product SAGARIKA in district Pulwama of Kashmir for being illegally sold in contravention in the provision of Government of Jammu and Kashmir order essential commodities act 1955,” an official from the Enforcement department said.
The department seized 9 metric tons of IFFCO fertilizer from JK Farm Cooperative Ltd, Pulwama for selling the Sagarika brand illegally in the market.
