Shopian, May 05 : Two hardcore over ground workers were apprehended in South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Sunday officials said.
An official said that a joint operation Army’s 34 RR, Police during cordon and search operation arrested two hard core terrorist associates.
He said, one pistol, two grenades, and eight rounds of pistol were recovered from them.
The official further said that both arrested persons identified as Zaffar Azad Ganie son of Mohd Azad Ganie and Amir Ahmad son of Zahoor Ahmad Mir both residents of Motjan Shopian. (KS)
