Baramulla, Oct 28: Kashmir University Vice Chancellor, Prof. Nilofer Khan, stated that the University has successfully admitted the first batch for IAS and KAS training.
Speaking at an event held at the North Campus of Kashmir University, Dr. Nilofer Khan, as per Kashmir Despatch Correspondent, expressed her confidence saying, “I am very sure that the students have talent here, and successful results will follow.
Prof. Nilofer Khan emphasized that Kashmir University holds a distinguished status not only within the Union Territory but also across the globe.
She remarked, “In our UT, our own alumni are placed as civil servants, whether they are in the teaching faculty, technology, or the corporate sector. This achievement represents the University of Kashmir as a whole. This institution does not belong to any individual; it does not belong to Sheikh Sir. It belongs to society.”
She added by expressing her happiness about the success of the students, noting, “We must take this into consideration. I am very pleased that our students are excelling and securing good placements.”
Prof. Khan added that the University of Kashmir is working diligently to improve placement opportunities for its students.
