Former minister Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari led delegation of politicians to call on Lieutenant Governor G. C Murmu at Jammu in the afternoon today.
The delegation is to submit a memorandum on socio-political and economic interests of people of Jammu and Kashmir.
The main demands of this delegation are said to be restoration of Statehood, Domicile rights including reservation in jobs and other holdings, release of detainees and various other developmental packages.
