CoronaVirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) has created a worldwide threat among the people as it is incurable presently.

Due to the high rate of killings and community transfer Governments across the globe have locked down all their respective countries. India also embraced the same strategy as an emergency preventive measure against this pandemic disease. One has rightly said, “prevention is better than cure.” Due to this all people especially the poor section suffered a lot.

Lockdown has created a space of stress among individuals all over the world. By this crisis, we found that the anxiety level among employees is at its peak due to fearing the loss of a job, and every employee has already seen pay cuts.

The COVID-19 crisis and the lockdown has left individuals feeling anxious and worried about their future. Every business, workplaces have tumbled down due to stoppage in their work, through this the Employees of these working places feel very disturbed, fretful and worried about their income.

The COVID-19 pandemic is driving the government to enforce major restrictions on the lives of citizens. Due to restrictions including the impositions of a lockdown in many countries, public mobility has declined rapidly.

Early estimates of jobs indicate that the coronavirus lockdown effects may have left a devastating impact on the economy. The most vulnerable are people, who need daily health care to face people with and diabetes, high blood pressure and heart problems visiting their doctors or hospital is now not the same easy routine.

In the absence of public transport, these people can only reach the hospital with personal transport or on foot which is more hectic. Grocery and good stores are open for the public but what is there for buying?
Empty racks are disappointing people everywhere. The global lockdown of an educational institution is going to cause a major interruption in students learning. The closure of schools, colleges, and universities not only interrupts the teaching for students, but the closure also coincides with a key assessment period and many exams have been postponed or canceled.

Most significantly the other states in the country are taking online lectures from their institutions or tutors but the same is not possible here in Jammu and Kashmir due to low internet speed (2G) as the JK UT is facing the same problem from last approximately 9 months.

At last COVID-19 lockdown falls the whole world economy down and diminishes the income of every person in the world and makes poor individuals frustrated that he feels he is the burden on this planet-Earth.
