Srinagar, June 15: Seventy-nine CRPF men among 183 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday in Kashmir hospitals.
As per data available with Kashmir Despatch 126 were tested positive at SKIMS, among 79 CRPF, 19 from Shopian, 14 Kupwara, 6 Baramulla, 3 Bandipora, 2 Srinagar, one each from Ganderbal, Budgam and Kulgam.
Meanwhile, as per health bulletin 57 new positive cases reported, 28 from Jammu Division and 29 from Kashmir Division. Moreover, 215 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals, 17 from Jammu Division and 198 from the Kashmir Division. Also, 03 COVID-19 deaths have been reported from Kashmir Division.
Pertinently, Kashmir on Monday witnessed two more deaths due to COVID-19 taking the total number of deaths in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir to 62.
