SRINAGAR, Oct 19: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leader and a former chief minister, Mehbooba Mufti, said Monday that Enforcement Department’s sudden summon to Dr Farooq Abdullah displays the Government of India’s nervousness about mainstream parties in J-K fighting as one unit.

In a tweet, Ms. Mufti said: “ED’s sudden summon to Farooq sahib displays the extent of GOIs nervousness about mainstream parties in J&K fighting as one unit. Also reeks of political vendetta & wont in the least blunt our collective resolve to fight for our rights.”
