Baramulla, Nov 21: Advocate Rabiya, who is contesting District Development Council (DDC) Elections as an independent candidate from Narwav constituency in North Kashmir Baramulla, Saturday said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is ‘using religious cards everywhere to create the problem.’
Talking to Kashmir Despatch, Rabiya said, “By playing religious cards, the BJP party created problems; however that did not work in Kashmir because every Muslim, Sikh or Hindu living in Kashmir have kept Kashmiriyat, alive.
“Now they have created a team just like a Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party which has put forth their candidates everywhere for DDC elections on the behalf of Bharatiya Janata Party, which is why they are parasites nothing else”, she added.
“I request people across Kashmir valley that they should come and vote for their betterment and choose a right candidate that will look into their grievances”, she added.
