BANDIPORA, DEC 28: A residential house and a cowshed was completely gutted while as another house suffered partial damage in an overnight fire mishap in Kaloosa area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
Local sources told Kashmir Despatch that fire broke out from the house of Saifuddin Ganaie son of Gh Ahmad Ganie, at about 03:00 am in the intervening night of Sunday-Monday which engulfed cowshed in flames and another house suffered partial damage in the incident in Ganie Mohalla area of Kaloosa village.
However, after putting in hectic efforts fire tenders along with locals were able to control the flames from spreading further.
Meanwhile, An official told Kashmir Despatch that the cause of fire was not known immediately, adding that no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
