Weather expected to improve from Tuesday
Srinagar : The higher reaches of Kashmir valley may experience light snowfall on Monday (23) May reported Kashmir’s weather forecaster ‘Kashmir Weather” .
In a statement issued to Kashmir Despatch reads, tomorrow rain showers are possible at a few places. Most part of the day should remain dry.
A moderate intensity Western Disturbance is expected to impact Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on 22 May (Sunday) from afternoon hours.
Under its influence, widespread rains are expected across Jammu and Kashmir.
Its main impact will remain on Monday (23 May).
Snowfall is also possible over higher reaches.
Day temperatures will remain below normal by 5 – 13°C. Thus colder weather is expected on Monday.
Improvement in weather is expected from Tuesday (24 May) morning.
