Sopore : As a part of public outreach programme, Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meeting was held by Sopore police at Amargarh police station on Saturday.
As per police spokesman, the meeting was chaired by SSP Sopore accompanied by SDPO Sopore, SHO PS Tarzoo and Incharge police post Putkhah.
The meeting was attended by large number of respectable citizens, local Imams and youth of the area
During the meeting, the participants raised various issues of Public importance.
The chairing officer listened the grievances patiently and thereafter assured them that their genuine grievances will be resolved on priority and every possible help will be provided to the people of the area and issues will be taken up with concerned departments for their early redressal.
The Participants were stressed to co-operate with Police and administration in maintaining L&O/drug menace in the area and in identifying anti-national/social elements who always try to disrupt the peaceful environment.
