Sonamarg : A tempo traveller met with an accident on Zoliya pass in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday evening.
An official told Kashmir Despatch, a tempo traveler was on its way to Srinagar from Drass when accident happened near shaitani nallah zojila pass when driver lost control over wheels.
A police official said a tempo traveller bearing registration number JK12/6823met with an accident due to slippery road conditions in which passengers including driver had narrow escape.
Soon after the accident Personals of Vijayak, BRO jointly and police jointly reached the spot and rescued all the passengers including driver safely from the vehicle the officer added.
Pertinently Zojila and it’s adjoining areas received fresh snowfall yesterday due to which the road becames slippery.
