Kupwara: The administration on Thursday denotified Andherhama village in Kupwara from Red Zone.
The order reads,Whereas Village Anderhama was declared as Red Zone byChairman DDMA Kupwara by order no. DCK/ps/20/04/729-37, dated 09-04-2020″.
Whereas aggressive contact tracing and sampling was done in the Red Zone Manigah to break the chain and contain the spread Of virus.
Whereas around two months have passed since last positive case was reported in Anderhama and and thereby becomes eligible for Denotification as per Criteria mentioned inGOVt. Order No. 630K 9DMRRR) Of 2020, dated 24-06- 2020 Whereas tehsil level committee Drugmullahvide communicationno. 61- 65tTD/N/20, Dated, 15-07-2020 recommended denotication of Red Zone Anderhama.
NOW Therefore, as per SOP in force and on the basis Of recommendation Of the Tehsil level Committee, the village Anderhama is hereby partially denotified as Red Zone w.e.f 16-07-2020.
