Ganderbal, April 05 : Amid inclement weather conditions scores of students on Tuesday staged a protest against delaying in admission process in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal District.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said, the recently 12th class pass out students staged a protest against the authorities of Government Degree College Ganderbal for delaying in admission process.
The protesting students said that they are not getting admission in the 1st semester of this year’s session as the vacancy has been completed.
They said while alleged college authorities said they despite visited many times to the college authorities hardly bother to look into the matter as now after week the students are been told vacancy has been completed.
Where we can go at this time as we belong from this region only they added.
The protesting students however, demanded imemdiate resolve of this issue sothat their precious time will not be wasted.
Meanwhile, college authorities talking with Kashmir Despatch said that 960 students have already been admitted here and there is no vacancies for further vacancy.
