Apni Party expresses solidarity with the bereaved family
SRINAGAR, October 10: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Saturday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Aijaz Ahmad Mirza, PDP district president Rajouri who passed away yesterday after a brief spell of illness.
In a condolence message issued here, Bukhari termed the demise of Mr. Mirza as a personal loss as the deceased was known to him since his college days. “I vividly recall my association with him during our studies in Agriculture College where we spent cherishable time together. Mr. Mirza was a noble, kind hearted and a down-to-earth person who would always extend a helping hand to the needy,” Bukhari recalled.
He said that Late Mirza was full of compassion and zeal for serving humanity and his contribution as an astute officer and his brief stint in politics would be remembered in district Rajouri and its adjoining areas wherever he served the people. “At this time of grief, I stand in solidarity with his family, relatives and associates and pray to almighty Allah to give eternal peace to the departed soul and forbearance to the bereaved to bear this irreparable loss,” he added.
