Amid rains , Forces launch search operation in Sopore village

Sopore : Amid rains and harsh weather conditions forces launched a cordon and search in Drussu village of North Kashmir’s Sopore on Saturday evening.


A police officer told Kashmir Despatch following inputs about the presence of militants movement search operation has been launched in Drussu village. He said as of now searches are underway.

Local sources said that forces have installed lights in the area and are conducting door to door searches.

The search operation have been launched jointly by Army’s 22 RR, SOG Watergam and CRPF.

Pertainally, Forces on Saturday busted militants hideout in Rafiabad belt and recovered a gas and other daily essential things.
