Shopian: ImamSahib army camp today conducted an Awareness Camp and interacted with Youths, Elders and key persons of villages ImamSahib, Dachoo, Handew, Barbugh, Amarbugh, Bandpaho around 200 civilians attended the camp.
The interaction was carried out in order to sensitize the envt about the importance of Personal Hygiene and discussed the issues related to Sanitation.
The villagers were cordial in their interaction and wished for the atmosphere of peace and stability in the area. They wished for improvement in health and wellness of population.
They expressed their hope that soon complete peace and stability will return to the entire area.
The Awaam was assured of cordial and helpful behavior by army towards improvement in Health and Hygiene in the area.
The interaction finished with a cordial note and cup of tea.
It was further followed by a medical check up of needy civilians. Medicines were prescribed and distributed to the patients.
