Srinagar: An Army soldier was injured after in an accidental fire in south Kashmir’s Pulwama on Wednesday evening.
Official sources told Kashmir Despatch an army soldier of 42 RR identified as Sepoy PV Reipamso (17 Assam) was injured during a cordon and search operation in Nazneenpora Huyan area of Tral when the service rifle of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel went off accidentally.
The soldier was shifted to a nearby army hospital for treatment.
