Authorities extend lockdown in Kupwara till further orders

Kupwara July 14: Deputy commissioner Kupwara Anshul Garg on Tuesday extended lockdown in the district till further orders and have ordered complete restrictions in the town to avoid the gatherings in wake of rising caseloads in the town. 
According to order copy, The district administration of Kupwara on Tuesday said, that the shops dealing with Diary products and vegetable vendors only will be allowed to operate from Monday to Friday, from 7am to 1pm. 
it also said, However there will be complete restriction on movement of public transport including sumos and Xylos throughout the district. The movement of private transport shall be governed as per government orderNo-66JK(DMRRR). 
The four wheelers will be4 allowed to carry only two people besides driver. The vehicles carrying construction material for development works will be allowed to move as per district administration.
it further reads, that all government offices shall continue to function normally with 100% Attendance. The order has particularly urged the people to wear masks and maintain physical distance.
