B’pore Woman Admitted To CD Hospital After Arrival from Maharashtra

Srinagar, March 20 : A 27-year-old woman with coronavirus-like symptoms was admitted in Chest Disease (CD) hospital here in Srinagar on Friday evening.

 Official sources told that the woman, hailing from Bandipora district of north Kashmir, was admitted to the hospital where from she was later referred to CD hospital.

Confirming, it officials at CD hospital said that the woman was received by the hospital late in the evening and her sample was taken for examination. “The test report is expected tomorrow,” they said.

The officials said that the woman came from Maharashtra, one of the worst hit states in India with over 52 positive covid-19 cases. (GNS)
