Burglary case solved in Baramulla, 2 arrested

BARAMULLA, Mar 26 : Police on Sunday said that it has solved burglary case by arresting Two persons and recovered stolen property in Tantrypora Palhallan area of North Kashmir Baramulla district.

Police in a statement to Kashmir Despatch said, “On 25 March, 2023, the Police Post Palhallan received a complaint from one Ishfaq Ah Sheikh S/O Manzoor Ahmad Sheikh Of Tantrypora Palhallan stating therein that during intervening nights of 23 & 24 March-2023, some unknown burglars entered into his residential house and stole copper utensils.

To this effect Police Station Palhallan registered Case FIR under relevant sections of law and investigation was started.”

“During the course of investigation of the case Police Party Palhallan Led By SI Aeraf “DO Palhallan”Under the Supervision of SDPO Pattan Shri Mohd Nawaz Khanday Raided the Specific spot and arrested one person with the help of technical and human resources, one of them namely Khursheed Ah Waza S/O Ghulam Mohd Waza Waza R/O Tantrypora Palhallan was identified .

“After thorough interrogation he confessed that he Along with other accomplice namely Tanveer Ahmad Reshi R/O New colony Palpora Pattan has committed theft.

“Upon their disclosure,All stole property was recovered from there possession and they were taken into custody immediately”, he added.
