CASO launched in Pulwama village

Srinagar : The government forces on Saturday evening launched a Cordon and Search Operation in Babgund village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Official sources told Kashmir Despatch a joint teams of Army’s 55 RR , 183 BN CRPF and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police cordoned off the Babgund village and conducted door to door searches in the area.

Following inputs about the presence of militants searches were launched a police officer told Kashmir Despatch.

Searches were going on when the report was last filed.
