Chief Justice of J&K High Court Receives Influential Legal Comparative Study Books
Srinagar, Oct 21 : In a momentous occasion for the judiciary, Justice Tashi Rabstan, the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, was recently gifted a remarkable collection of books focused on legal comparative studies by the distinguished Punjab-based lawyer and author, Harpreet Sandhu.
The collection includes four enlightening titles: “Indo-European Legal System – A Comparative Study,” “German Indian Law – A Comparative Study,” “Ghana Indian Legal System – A Comparative Study,” and “Singapore-Indian Legal System – A Comparative Study.” These comprehensive works aim to elevate understanding of global courtroom practices and foster international legal discourse.

During the presentation, Chief Justice Rabstan praised Harpreet Sandhu’s dedication to advancing legal knowledge.
