SOPORE, Jan 06: For the second consecutive day, Councilor Irfan Ali from North Kashmir’s Sopore visited different areas while taking stock of the situation following heavy snowfall.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said, Councillor Irfan Ali along with MC Chairman Abdul Ahad visited different areas of Sopore and cleared snow in link roads, which has somehow given relief to the people.
Irfan Ali while talking to the media said, “It is my duty to reach out to my people as they voted for me and believed in me”. He added, “I am doing all I can to help residents while clearing snow and providing them relief at earliest”.
Meanwhile, residents have appreciated the role of Councilor Irfan Ali for reaching out to the masses amid heavy snowfall. “Believe me it is for the first time that someone has reached to us in difficult times and we wish he keep visiting to readdress the issues at earliest”, said a local.
It is pertinent to mention here that it is for the second consecutive day that Councilor Irfan Ali visited different areas of Sopore.
