COVID-19 : Fumigation drive held in Rahmoo Pulwama

Pulwama, April 05 : Municipal Committee on Monday carried out a fumigation drive in several areas of Pulwama inclduing Rahmoo village to stop the outbreak of Covid-19.


Amid Coronavirus threat, The Municipal Committee Pulwama conducted a fumigation drive in the village, as a precautionary measure.


Reports said a team of official from municipal committee Pulwama conducted the drive at different public places, including Primary health centre, Jamia Masjid and other crowded places in the Rahmoo village.


“The fumigation drive, which has been going on for past many days, will continue till the threat of pandemic subsides,” the MC officials said, adding that they will try their best to keep the municipality area sterilised.

Meanwhile residents praised the efforts of MC Pulwama for conducting fumigation drive in the village and spreading awareness about this COVID-19 threat.
