CRPF DIG among two killed in landslide on Kashmir highway

A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) officer and his driver were killed in a landslide on Jammu-Srinagar highway near Khoni Nallah in Ramban district on Sunday.


DIG North Srinagar CRPF Shailender Vikram Singh alongwith driver Navin were killed on the spot as their Scorpio got crushed under a landslide at 8.30 p.m. near Khuni Nallah when they were travelling to Banihal.

Constable Sareer Khan was critically injured in the accident and was rushed to the Command Hospital Udhampur. (IANS)
