Srinagar, Dec 20: The Cyber Police Kashmir has taken serious action against complaints it received regarding Creative Curative Surveys Pvt Ltd, an online survey company. The authorities have specifically called out YouTubers and other social media influencers, whose endorsements played a crucial role in convincing the public to invest.

A senior official told Kashmir Despatch, a case vide FIR number 39/2023 has been registered against the operators of “Curative Survey Agency” under sections 66D of the IT Act and 420 of the IPC. A large number of individuals, including men, women, and primarily students, have fallen victim to this fraudulent scheme, putting their hard-earned money at risk.
