DAK Presidents Visits Bereaved Family Of Tanveer-Ul-Ahad

Kupwara, May 15: To express solidarity with the bereaved family, Doctors Association (DAK) president Nissar-ul-Hassan visited the residence of Editor-in-chief of Global News Service (GNS) and owner of Kashmir glory newspaper, here on Friday.

Terming the death as an irreparable loss, Dr Nisar said that “in his demise, we have lost a bold and fearless journalist.”

“He was upright in his attitude and was known for bold and fearless journalism in the media, in and outside Valley,” Dr Nissar said.

While many would shy away, Tanveer-ul-Ahad always took a stand and took the things head on, he said.

“In his demise, we have lost a journalist in the true essence of the word,” Dr. Nissar remarked.

Not only in journalism, Dr Nissar said he equally had an aura in social circles and was known for his generosity, kindness, compassion and empathy.

Calling it a personal loss, Dr. Nissar while consoling the family of Tanveer-ul-Ahad said that “He was known to me for a long now and losing him, so young and early, has left me shattered,” Dr. Nissar said.

Dr. Nissar expressed his solidarity with his family members and GNS and Kashmir Glory team. (GNS)
