Baramulla Jan 6 : In a spirit of unity and celebration, the Deputy Commissioner of Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, extended heartfelt greetings to the Sikh community and all those celebrating the 358th birth anniversary of the 10th Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
On the occasion, Minga Sherpa visited the Chatti Padshahi Gurdwara in Baramulla and join devotees to participate in their religious festivities and extended his greetings to Sikh Community in Baramulla.
In his message, the Deputy Commissioner lauded the life and teachings of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, emphasizing his role as a spiritual leader, warrior, poet, and philosopher.
Minga Sherpa further highlighted Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s unwavering commitment to justice, equality, and compassion, which continue to inspire generations across the world.
Meanwhile, gurdwaras across the district witnessed special prayers and kirtans,and langars to pay homage and honor the legacy of Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
