Baramulla, January 11: In order to discuss various Rent Assessment Cases in Baramulla district, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Bhupinder Kumar today convened a meeting of Rent Assessment Committee (RAC) with the officers of concerned departments in his office Chamber here.
While having a detailed discussion of Rent Assessment Cases, a total number of 46 cases came under discussion of Committee out of which 40 cases were settled on spot after a detailed deliberation.
After settlement of cases, the DC directed the officers to expedite the process of remainingcases so that the pending rent Assessment cases can be settled in a time bound manner.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Mohd Rafiq Lone, Chief Education Officer, G.M. Lone, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer besides other officers from Police and Line Departments.
