 DC B’pora reviews status of various Schemes

BANDIPORA, SEPTEMBER 09: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmed today chaired a meeting to review the implementation of various schemes in the district. 

The DC reviewed performance of individual beneficiary schemes including Social Security schems (Old age pension, Widow pension scheme, Disabilty pension scheme, Women in distrees pension scheme), PMAJY (central), PMAJY (Sehat), PMAY-G, PMAY-U, and schemes for students and farmers. 

The meeting also discussed various issues ofJal Jeevan Mission and Industrial Development. 

Dr. Owais also took feedback from officers regarding various online services and youth Oriented schemes. 

The DC directed the concerned to monitor online services on regular basis for fast disposal of applications. 

He also reviewed revenue matters especially digitisation process, removal of encroachments, mutation registration, status of patwar khanas alongwith progress on key infrastructure projects and grievances of PM package employees/ migrants.

He directed for immediate removal of bottlenecks in way of key projects and welfare schemes.

The meeting was attended by ADDC Bandipora Afsar Ali Khan, ADC Bandipora Waseem Raja, Joint Director Planning Imtiyaz Ahmad, ACD Bandipora, Executive Enginers and other concerned.
