Srinagar, Jan 23: The District administration Srinagar on Friday felicitated Syed Masoom Madina Andrabi, a 10th class student of Green Valley Educational Institute (GVEI) for her remarkable literary achievement.
As per the handout issued here, Syed Masoom was felicitated for authoring her book titled The Thorny Velvet. She was felicitated during an event held at the College of Education, Srinagar.
The Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat, praised Syed Masoom Andrabi’s contribution to literature. He commended her talent, determination, and creativity, highlighting her as an inspiration for young girls everywhere.
