Srinagar, June 15 : Police on Monday claimed to have recovered a dead body from south Kashmir’s Ananthnag district.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said a male dead body was found in a nallah by some locals at Aushmuqam area of Ananthnag on Monday afternoon accordingly police was informed.
They said a team of police rushed to the area and recovered the semi-decomposed body.
A police also confirmed to this newspaper said a dead body of a male has been recovered from the nallah. He said the identity of the deceased is being assertained. The officer said in this regard a case been registered and further investigation has been taken up.
