Under the directions of Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Director Health Services, Kashmir Dr Mushtaq A Rather deputed Yatra Unit of Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir as on wednesday to take current status of all the health facilities installed en’route Baltal Axis (from Nilgrath Sonmarg to Holy Cave) in view of upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra.
The team inspected all the 14 institutes set up at different locations till holy cave and took detailed review regarding the status of infrastructure, drug supply/logistic/equipments chain system status in place.The team took sixteen long hours to traverse up and down on ponies for the site inspection of all the health facilities en’route Baltal Axis.
The team while appreciating the efforts of the staff stressed for timely completion of the works and ensure all the guidelines established as per the higher authorities are followed.
The team shall submit a comprehensive report in this regard to the Director Health Services Kashmir for an effective outcome.
