SRINAGAR, MARCH 28: Director Health Services, Kashmir (DHSK), Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Rather on Sunday paid a surprise visit to Sub-District Hospital Tangmarg and took stock of its functioning.
After assuming charge recently, this was his first on field visit.
During the visit, the Director reviewed the functioning of the hospital including emergency rooms, causality, theater and other facilities besides he also interacted with pregnant women.
Speaking during the inspection, the Director asked the officials to complete work of new building at hospital at the earliest.
Later the Director paid surprise visit to PHC Kunzer where he appreciated the hospitals staff for maintaining sanitation in the hospital.
The Director also paid surprise visit to SDH/CHC Magam where he also took detailed stock of its functioning. At Magam hospital the Director met a delegation of people who appreciated the patient care and hospitals management.
