Aishmuqam, Oct 04 : While continuing the policy of LG administration for promoting and preservation of Sufi and heritage Tourism, the Director Tourism Kashmir Dr G N Itoo paid obeisance at the world famous revered Sufi shrine of Hazrat Zain u din Reshi at Aishmuqam on Monday.
As per a statement, issued to Kashmir Despatch Director along with Executive engineer, AEE and other officials was given a warm reception by the president Intizaamia committee Mohammad Yaqoob Gadiyal and other members of the committee.
It reads that the officials later updated Director and his team about the ongoing beautification projects in and around the shrine.
“This shrine has been receiving huge number of devotees from across the country and has been focus of the administration post meeting of the intizaamia committee with LG early this year, Advisor to LG Baseer Khan and Deputy Commissioner Anantnag Dr Piyush Shingla have visited this shrine multiple times to execute the facelifting and development of infrastructure for the facilitation of the visiting devotees.”
It reads that Director Tourism also had a fruitful interaction with the Municipal committee president and councillors and civil society of Aishmuqam Ghulam Mohammad Dar and others who shared ideas and concepts to make this town a perfect Sufi township loaded with best contemporary infrastructure.
