District admin Bandipora designates Tuesday, Saturday as grievance redressal days in all govt offices

Bandipora, Feb 28 : The district administration according to a circular has designated two days as grievance redressal days in all government offices of the district.

News agency KNO reported that the circular was issued by deputy commissioner Bandipora, Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza on the directions of Principal Secretary Planning and Development and Monitoring Department.

According to the circular Tuesday and Saturday have been designated as grievance redressal days in all government offices of the district and all district officers have been directed to remain available on these days.

“Pursuant to instructions of Principal Secretary Panning Development and Monitoring Department, it is notified that every Tuesday and Saturday shall be marked as grievance redressal days in all government offices of district Bandipora,” reads the circular issued by DC Bandipora.

The circular further reads “As such all district officers shall remain available at their offices and keep appropriate arrangements in their offices for attending general public and listening to their grievances by putting in place a robust mechanism for redressal.”

“The subordinate officers at the level of Sub-division/Tehsil/Block zone shall also remain available in their offices on the designated days for the purpose. It is further ordered that the general public be also informed through adequate publicity in advance,” reads the circular reported KNO.
