Bandipora, January 21, 2025:In an extraordinary medical feat, District Hospital Bandipora has successfully conducted a complex Lower Segment Caesarean Section (LSCS) on a patient with uterus didelphys, a rare and challenging uterine anomaly.
This unprecedented procedure, complicated further by the patient’s history of a previous LSCS, marks a significant milestone for the hospital and the community it serves.Under the leadership of Dr. Masrat Iqbal, the medical superintendent, the medical team displayed exceptional skill and coordination in ensuring the safety of both the mother and her baby.
