Summer capital recorded zero cases of COVID-19 today

Srinagar, April 11 : A rapid growth of COVID-19 across the world grasped morethan two million people across the world and around eighty seven thousand lost a battle of life against this deadly virus.
As till date Jammu and Kashmir have recorded 224 COVID-19 cases and four deaths as well.
This evening Deputy commissioner Srinagar Dr Shahid Iqbal Chowdhury in a tweet said we are battling hard against COVID-19 and the numbers are not enough stasfactory and it doesn’t mean if the Summer capital city Srinagar recorded zero cases on Saturday. People shouldn’t be happy at all about the numbers as this virus can catch anyone at anytime if precautionary measures and procedural protocols won’t be followed properly.
He said it’s a worrisome sign for Jammu and Kashmir that we have recorded 224 cases which was not expected but with the will of mighty it happened.
Dr Shahid said once the whole world get rid of COVID-19 and at that moment of time we should praise the efforts of warriors who are putting themselves at risk for the safeguard of general public.
