SRINAGAR, Mar 5: The Health and Medical Education Department of Jammu and Kashmir has officially appointed Dr. Fazlul Qadir Parray as the Principal of SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, Bemina.
Dr. Parray, who has been serving as a Professor in the Department of General Surgery at SKIMS Soura, will now assume leadership at one of the region’s premier medical institutions. According to an official order issued by the Health and Medical Education Department, a copy of which is available with Kashmir Despatch, the appointment has been made on a tenure basis for a period of two years. Dr. Parray will serve as the full-time principal in Pay Level-14 (Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200).

Dr. Fazlul Qadir Parray brings with him vast experience in the field of general surgery and medical education. Having served in various capacities at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, he is known for his contributions to surgical research, medical training, and institutional development.
