Srinagar, July 27 : Budgam policy on Monday said to have arrested drug peddler and have recovered 10 kilograms of poppy straw from his possession from Beerwah area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam District.
According to reports a special naka was led by police party of Police station Beerwah and one person was apprehended and huge poppy straw was recovered from his possession
The police has identified the drug peddler has been identified as Farooq Ahmad Lone resident of Hanjilawaypora Beerwah.
Police in this regard has registered a case under F.I.R no 190/20 Under relevant section of law has been registered in P/S Beerwah for further investigation.
