Srinagar: Editor In Chief Kashmir Despatch Syed Basharat Bhukari has condoled the sad demise of grandmother of Dr Bilal Ahmad Bhat DC Kulgam and Dr Mehraj ud din Bhat senior faculty and In-charge trainings Kashmir.
In his condolence message, Syed Basharat expressed his deepest condolences with the bereaved officer and his family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
“May the Almighty grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannah and give the bereaved family patience to bear the pain of this irreparable loss,” he said.
